THE profile of Golf Highland continues to grow, with more and more visitors keen to take to the region’s many golf courses during their stay.
The latest imaginative golf tourism initiative is the Mizuno Golf Pairs Tour lined-up for dates in August.
The promotional strapline “14 days – 14 courses” gives you an idea of what is on offer from the 17th to the 23rd.
Golfers can pick and mix their packages – or take on the full 14 course challenge and bag themselves a commemorative Mizuno polo shirt.
You may fancy a three-day trip taking in Tain, Fortrose and Rosemarkie and Strathpeffer?; or a weekend playing nine-hole courses Durness in the north-west and Bonar Bridge and Ardgay? Or maybe a Spey Valley package with games on Castle Stuart, Boat of Garten and Spey Valley if it ticks your boxes?
If you are tackling the spectacular North Coast 500 route, there are packages which fit the bill.
Spey ValleyCourses lined-up for the Mizuno Golf Pairs 2022 are: Tain, Fortrose and Rosemarkie, Strathpeffer, Bonar Bridge Durness, Reay, Wick, Brora, Golspie, Royal Dornoch (Championship and the Struie), Castle Stuart, Spey Valley and Boat of Garten.
The format is a better ball Stableford, with a handicap limit of 28 for ladies and 24 for men.
